There is a hot and cold water 24 hours, there is a new furniture, one double bed, a couch, bed linen, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, an Internet, a TV set and a cable TV., DVD player, a microwave, a fridge, the dishes, an air conditioner, and a washing machine. There are 4 sleeping accommodations (2+2). There are grocery store and a café “Hortica” just near the apartment. Besides, restaurants, banks, a theatre, a post office and a quay are near the apartment too.
